I have experience across various healthcare settings including private practice, community mental health, NDIS, and in-patient psychiatric environments. In private practice, I work with a diverse clientele, ranging from children as young as 4 years old through to adults.

I am particularly attuned to the cultural diversity of the city, and leverage a culturally sensitive, evidence-based methodology to deliver personalised care to align with the cultural norms and values of the diverse groups.
Growing up embracing two cultures has profoundly influenced by own sense of identity, and I am passionate about exploring the challenges that are an inherent part of being alive today - issues of identity, inclusivity, and belonging.

Many people from diverse cultural and linguistic backgrounds who encounter mental health issues often find it difficult or are unwilling to seek assistance. This reluctance typically stems from a lack of mental health services or professionals that are culturally sensitive.
Other obstacles include culturally-prescribed stigmas surrounding mental health and seeking help for it, varied interpretations and manifestations of mental health symptoms across cultures, and limited knowledge of Western healthcare systems.
I focus on providing culturally-sensitive, practice-based care, particularly within CALD communities.
