If you have been referred by your GP or psychiatrist under Medicare, you are entitled to a rebate of $96.65 per session from Medicare.

The Medicare rebate is available for up to ten sessions per calendar year. Full payment is made at the end of each appointment, and we can process your Medicare rebate on the spot. If you have provided your bank details to Medicare you should expect to receive your rebate in your account within 1-5 business days.

Mindweave Psychology can provide therapy under the National Disability Insurance Scheme (NDIS). We are able to provide services to clients who are privately managed. Please speak to us to enquire about this process.

If you would like to book a private session, you do not need a referral from your GP or other professionals.

Individuals and Families with private health cover may be eligible for psychology services. Mindweave Psychology cannot guarantee that sessions will be covered as this is dependent on your selected provider and level of cover. A receipt will be provided upon payment for you to submit to your health fund.

Please note, a medicare rebate and private health cover cannot be applied to the same session.
